Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Lancaster, PA is seeking an LPN/LVN/RN to provide in-home, overnight nursing care for pediatric and/or adult patients. You will deliver one-on-one care, monitor health needs, and create a safe, comfortable environment for patients to thrive.

The role offers flexible scheduling with a strong demand for overnights. Candidates must be licensed in the state, with current BLS and TB/Chest X-ray on file; one year of nursing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed as LPN/LVN or RN in the state where practice will occur.
• Current TB test or Chest X-ray document.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year of professional nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using nursing process.
• Provide skilled nursing services in accordance with orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiological and psychosocial changes.
• Collect, analyze, and document data and nursing diagnoses.

Maxim Healthcare is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to work with pediatric and/or adult patients in-home, overnight in the Lancaster, PA area. This role involves delivering individualized, one-on-one nursing care, supporting daily health needs, and promoting a safe, comfortable environment for patients to thrive. Ideal candidates have strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a passion for patient-centered care. Flexible scheduling options are available, but overnights are currently a HUGE NEED.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.


• On each assignment, it provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders


• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiological and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.


• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN/RN in the state in which the LPN/RN will practice.


• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.


• Current BLS card.


• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
