Job summary

Hillside Heights Rehabilitation Center in Eugene, OR is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for overnight NOC shifts. This position offers a pay range of $37.97/HR - $53.58/HR based on licensed experience and welcomes both newly licensed and experienced LPNs to join our compassionate team.

Qualifications

Current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in practicing state.
Ability to assess resident needs.
Skilled in developing individual care plans for patients.
Supervision of CNAs and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care.
A passion for making a difference in the lives of others.
Ability to follow state and Federal rules and regulations which govern the practices within the facility.

Responsibilities

Provide patient care during overnight shifts.
Assist and monitor resident needs during NOC periods.
Assist with updating and implementing care plans as needed.
