Job summary

Volare Health, LLC is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for Hillside Heights Rehabilitation Center in Eugene, OR. The role offers competitive hourly wages and overnight FT schedules. You will assess resident needs, develop care plans, supervise CNAs, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering compassionate nursing care.

Qualifications

Current license to practice as an LPN in the practicing state.
Ability to assess resident needs
Skilled in developing individual care plans for patients
Supervision of CNAs and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care

Ability to follow state and Federal rules and regulations governing the facility.

Responsibilities
