South Hills Rehabilitation Center in Eugene, OR is seeking a compassionate LPN for a part-time overnight shift (NOC) Thursday through Saturday. The role offers hourly pay between approx. $38 and $54, with pay based on licensed nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Current, active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Oregon.
• Ability to assess resident needs and respond to changes in condition.
• Knowledge of individualized care planning and nursing practices.
• Ability to supervise and work collaboratively with CNAs and healthcare team members.

Responsibilities

• Assessing resident needs and monitoring changes in condition.
• Providing direct nursing care and ensuring residents' needs are met.
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans.
• Administering medications and treatments as ordered.
• Supervising CNAs and other care team members in nursing services.
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Communicating changes in resident condition to care team.
