Job summary

All American Assisted Living in Londonderry, NH is seeking a Part Time Overnight LPN to cover Thursday, Friday and Saturday 11pm–7am. You will administer medications, monitor resident condition, and collaborate with the Wellness team to support health, safety, dignity, and independence.

The successful candidate will hold an active NH LPN license, demonstrate strong clinical judgment, and communicate clearly with residents, families and providers.

Qualifications

• Current and valid LPN license in New Hampshire
• License active and in good standing
• Knowledge of practical nursing standards and medication-administration practices
• Strong resident assessment, observation, and clinical judgment skills within the LPN scope of practice
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, verbally and in writing
• Experience in assisted living, memory care or long-term care preferred
• Dependable attendance and punctuality

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments per orders and policies
• Monitor residents for changes in physical condition, behavior, cognition, mood, or daily functioning
• Report significant changes and take appropriate action within the LPN scope
• Provide direct nursing care and resident support
• Assist with resident assessments and service-plan reviews
• Maintain resident privacy and confidentiality
• Promote wellness, infection prevention, and fall-prevention practices
• Respond to emergencies and notify leadership or providers
