Job summary

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in the state where employed.
• Experience working with the senior population, preferably in assisted living or LTC.
• Must be a team player capable of supervising staff.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Physically able to sit, stand, bend, kneel, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work an 8-16 hour flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Must attend required trainings and CEUs.

Responsibilities

• Execute the medication management plan and document updates.
• Assess resident needs and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
• Respond to emergencies in a calm and competent manner.
• Record and report resident status at shift changes and in the Daily Log.
• Support CNA/RMA staff and participate in activities and meals delivery as needed.
