Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living in Hanover, MA is seeking a compassionate LPN to join our team part-time (3pm–11pm) on Fridays and every other Saturday. You will deliver nursing care in a warm, home-like setting, supporting residents and working closely with a dedicated team.

Requirements include an active LPN license and CPR certification, with 1–2 years of nursing experience preferred; experience with the elderly is highly desirable. Competitive benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Current state license as an LPN and CPR certification.
• Graduate of an approved LPN program (per state requirements).
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience working as a nurse preferred.
• Previous experience working with the elderly is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assess, communicate, and document residents’ status.
• Observe and report changes in health to care team.
• Direct and supervise daily work of Resident Care Assistants.
• Mentor Lead Resident Care Assistants in job aspects.
• Coordinate care with providers through case management.
