Banyan Treatment Centers in Laurel Run, PA is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our nursing team on-site. The role involves nursing assessments, medication administration, and coordinating care within addiction and mental health treatment settings.

The ideal candidate holds PA LPN or RN license, nursing diploma, and strong documentation and communication skills. Experience in behavioral health and familiarity with KIPU EMR are preferred; this full-time overnight position

Qualifications

• Active PA nursing license (LPN or RN) and nursing diploma or degree.
• Strong assessment, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and empathy in patient interactions.
• Familiarity with state/federal confidentiality rules and ethics.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and prepare care plans.
• Administer medications and review medication logs.
• Support crisis intervention, risk assessments, and de-escalation.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and referral sources for post-discharge plans.
• Document in accordance with facility and state requirements.
• Coordinate with medical staff to meet treatment needs and goals.
