Job summary

You will lead shift teams of hourly employees, ensure safe and efficient fulfillment, and drive performance against customer expectations. Experience in shipping/receiving and a hands-on leadership style are essential.

The role is Monday–Friday night shift 10pm–6:30am with potential overtime. We offer comprehensive benefits, 401(k) with match, and paid time off as part of a Fortune 500 logistics leader.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage shift operations and KPI oversight.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Experience with shipping/receiving is a plus.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and oversee day to day logistics operations.
• Plan and review logistics processes with the Logistics Manager.
• Establish work schedules and coordinate activities for optimal shift.
• Accountable for site KPI.
• Work with the customer in all aspects of operations.
• Conduct performance evaluations and coach team members.
• Address performance problems through corrective action and disciplinary process.
• Implement health & safety and security initiatives and rules.
• Provide orientation and resources to employees and Lead Hands.
