Blackwell, Inc. is seeking friendly, professional Lobby Attendants to welcome residents and guests, assist with deliveries, and maintain a secure, welcoming lobby. This role fits those with hospitality or customer service backgrounds and a keen eye for detail.

You will work Saturdays and Sundays from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM, coordinate with property management, and help ensure smooth daily operations while delivering exceptional service and preserving confidentiality.

Formación

• 3+ years in customer service or hospitality.
• 1+ year in a supervisory or concierge role (preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to lift to 35 lbs.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and vendors.
• Monitor building access and ensure only authorized individuals enter.
• Assist with deliveries and maintain secure entry points.
• Communicate effectively with property management and support teams.
• Stay informed about local businesses and services to assist residents and guests.
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality in all interactions.
• Support the Lead Lobby Attendant with property-specific duties as needed
