Job summary

Boston Retail Solutions is seeking an Overnight Lead Installer at our Temecula, CA location. The role oversees the execution and delivery of finished assemblies—modular barricades, signs, and hanging fixtures—ensuring high quality, on-brand results.

Candidates need at least 3 years in framing or commercial construction, the ability to read plans, and physical stamina for elevations and lifting. A valid license, OSHA 10, and DOT requirements are noted; travel and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-year experience as a framer or construction worker within a commercial setting.
• Ability to interpret site surveys, dimensions and renderings into a finished product.
• Physically able to climb ladders, work at elevations above 16 feet and lift up to 80 pounds.
• Carry a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Flexible schedule including occasional overnight travel and overtime.
• Undergo a physical exam and maintain a DOT certification when driving BRS vehicles.
• OSHA 10 certification preferred.
• Operate a vehicle up to 26,000 lbs as required by DOT.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes intermediate carpentry skills to assemble modular barricades and enclosures.
• Interprets build plans to create final assemblies for installations.
• Trains and develops junior staff on site procedures and safety.
• Adheres to safety guidelines and wears PPE as required.
• Drives to job sites in BRS fleet vehicles and maintains a clean, organized truck.
• Submits daily paperwork, photos, and documentation after job completion.
• Maintains and safeguards tools, equipment, and apparel.
