Job summary

Boston Retail Solutions is hiring Overnight Lead Installers in Newark, DE to oversee the execution and delivery of finished assemblies for modular store enclosures and graphics packages. You will install barricades, signs, and fixtures with precision, while guiding junior staff and ensuring high-quality customer service.

The role requires 3+ years of framing or commercial construction experience, ability to read plans, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of framing or commercial construction experience
• Ability to read site surveys and renderings into a finished product
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Physical ability to climb ladders, work at elevations above 16 feet and lift up to 80 pounds
• Willingness to work overtime and occasional overnight travel
• Must pass a physical exam and DOT and safety requirements

Responsibilities

• Assemble modular construction enclosures and graphics packages.
• Install barricade panels and non-electrical signs.
• Hang store fixtures or graphics with precision.
• Train and develop junior staff.
• Operate equipment and drive to job sites in company fleet vehicles.
• Submit daily paperwork, photos and documentation.
• Maintain tools and equipment and PPE.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain professional conduct on site.
