Boston Retail Solutions is seeking an Overnight Lead Installer in Columbus, OH. You will oversee the execution of finished assemblies of temporary store construction enclosures and graphics, installing modular barricades, signs, and fixtures with precision for high-quality results.

The role requires carpentry skills, plan interpretation, and safe operation of heavy equipment. Travel to job sites and documentation duties are expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a framer or commercial construction worker.
• Understand construction processes and use of level, square, laser, and tape measure.
• Able to read site surveys, dimensions, and renderings.
• Able to climb ladders and work at elevations above 16 feet, lifting up to 80 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Use carpentry skills with tools like tape measure, circular saw, and speed square.
• Interpret build plans to assemble modular enclosures.
• Train and develop junior staff.
• Work with minimal supervision and apply critical thinking.
