Job summary

Boston Retail Solutions is seeking an Overnight Lead Installer in Newark, DE. You will oversee the full execution and delivery of modular barricades, signs, and graphics packages, ensuring on-brand quality and on-time completion.

You will interpret plans, supervise wiring-free installations, train junior staff, and operate heavy equipment. A valid DOT medical certificate and OSHA 10 are preferred; occasional overnight travel is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-year experience as a framer or construction worker within a commercial setting.
• Ability to interpret and convert site surveys, dimensions and renderings into a finished product.
• Physical ability to climb ladders, work at elevations above 16 feet and lift up to 80 pounds.
• Carry a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including occasional overnight travel with minimal supervision.
• Must pass physical examination and maintain required certifications (DOT/medical).
• OSHA 10 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install modular construction barricades panels, non-electrical signs, and hang store fixtures or graphics with accuracy.
• Interpret provided build plans to assemble enclosures.
• Train and develop junior staff on procedures and safety.
• Operate equipment and drive BRS fleet vehicles as needed.
• Submit daily paperwork, photos, and documentation after job completion.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and apparel in good working order.
