Job summary

Boston Retail Solutions is seeking Overnight Installers in Mesa, AZ to install modular barricades and graphics packages with precision and care. The role involves driving company vehicles, maintaining tools, and following safety protocols to deliver quality work on time.

The position requires field-based installation experience, familiarity with hand tools, and the ability to lift up to 80 pounds. DOT certification may be needed for vehicle operation, with overtime and occasional travel expected.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of power tools.
• Experienced in field-based installations.
• Familiarity with common hand tools.
• Physical ability to climb and work on ladders.
• Knowledge of scissor lift and man lifts preferable.
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 80 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record is necessary.
• 2+ years of construction or carpentry related experience is helpful.
• Availability to work overtime as needed.
• Occasional travel within a defined territory.
• DOT certification requirements will apply for vehicle operation.

Responsibilities

• Install modular storefront barricades at various locations.
• Install large format graphics (training provided).
• Maintain company-provided tools and equipment.
• Report project information at completion.
• Drive to/from job sites in company fleet and keep truck organized.
• Ensure safety guidelines and PPE usage on site.
