Job summary

Boston Retail Solutions is seeking an Overnight Lead Installer in Pleasant Hill, CA to oversee the execution and delivery of modular barricades and graphics packages. You will lead field installations with precision, read construction plans, and supervise junior staff while ensuring top-quality workmanship.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 80 lbs, climb ladders, and travel overnight as needed. OSHA 10 preferred; DOT certification and valid CDL/driver license required in this

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a framer or construction worker in a commercial setting.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, dimensions, and renderings.
• Capable of lifting up to 80 pounds and climbing ladders at elevations.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Flexible schedule with occasional overnight travel and minimal supervision.
• Will undergo physical examination and carry medical certification; DOT certification required.
• OSHA 10 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute and deliver finished assemblies of modular barricades and graphics packages per plans.
• Train and mentor junior staff on field procedures and safety.
• Interpret build plans and convert surveys into final on-site installations.
• Operate equipment (boom lift, scissor lifts, fork trucks) safely and efficiently.
• Submit daily paperwork, photos, and documentation after job completion.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and apparel in good working order.
