Job summary

Boston Retail Solutions, a nationwide leader in modular barricades and graphics, seeks Overnight Installers for our Pleasant Hill, CA location. The role focuses on installing modular barricades, graphics, and store fixtures with precision and care, reporting outcomes, and maintaining tools and safety standards.

Candidates should have 2+ years in construction or carpentry, the ability to lift up to 80 pounds, a valid CDL/driver's license, and willingness to travel within a defined territory.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of power tools.
• Experienced in field-based installations.
• Familiarity with common hand tools.
• Physical ability to climb and work on ladders.
• Knowledge of scissor lift and man lifts preferable.
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 80 pounds.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record is necessary.
• 2+ years of construction or carpentry related experience is helpful.
• Availability to work overtime as needed.
• Occasional travel within a defined territory.
• DOT certification required; medical examiner’s certificate (DOT Physical) needed.

Responsibilities

• Install modular storefront barricades at multiple sites.
• Install large format graphics (training provided).
• Maintain company tools.
• Report project information at closeout.
• Drive to job sites in BRS fleet vehicles; keep truck clean and organized.
• Maintain good working order of all tools, equipment, and apparel.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear PPE as required.
• Maintain professional conduct on-site and off-site.
