Job summary

Crown Linen, LLC in Pompano Beach, FL is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee linen processing and safety on a shift, reporting to the Production Manager. This role supports a high-volume, 365-day operation in a fast-paced environment.

You will supervise receiving, washing, drying, folding, and distribution; monitor PPOH, quality, and labor efficiency, and provide coaching. A flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in management or supervisory roles.
• Experience in high-volume operations with time-sensitive output.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with WMS or production tracking systems a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead teams, set expectations, and resolve conflicts in a fast-paced setting.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations of receiving, washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens.
• Ensure adherence to production schedules and quality control standards.
• Communicate performance expectations and operational goals clearly to team members.
• Monitor performance and provide coaching and feedback.
• Track KPIs such as PPOH, quality, and labor efficiency; report data.
• Identify and support continuous improvement projects using Lean or Six Sigma tools.
