Pace is seeking an entry-level Lab Assistant to support our environmental testing laboratory in Westborough, MA. This full-time, night-shift position involves washing, drying, and organizing laboratory glassware, with training provided—no prior lab experience required.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a dependable and motivated Lab Assistant to support the daily operations of our environmental testing laboratory. This is an entry-level position, and no previous laboratory experience is required. We will provide the training you need to be successful.

This role is primarily responsible for washing, drying, organizing, and returning laboratory glassware. It is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, staying organized, and helping a team operate efficiently.

What You’ll Do

• Wash and clean laboratory glassware according to established procedures.
• Dry, organize, and return clean glassware to the correct laboratory locations.
• Pick up and transport glassware between designated laboratory areas.
• Keep the glassware washing and storage areas clean, safe, and organized.
• Properly dispose of broken glassware according to established health and safety procedures.
• Monitor and restock laboratory supplies and other commonly used materials.
• Help maintain the general cleanliness and organization of the laboratory.
• Follow established safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment.
• Assist laboratory team members with other basic support activities as needed.
• Complete simple documentation or data entry related to assigned work.
• Work cooperatively with laboratory staff and contribute to a positive, respectful workplace.
