Job summary

Pace Analytical Services, LLC in Westborough, MA, is seeking a Laboratory Cleaner/Glassware Washer to join our team. This full‑time role involves washing, drying, and returning glassware, transporting items between labs, and keeping work areas safe and organized.

No prior laboratory experience is required; training is provided. You will work in a fast-paced environment, follow health and safety procedures, and support a collaborative laboratory team to ensure data quality and timely workflows.

• Attention to detail and safety-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Wash and clean laboratory glassware according to established procedures.
• Dry, organize, and return clean glassware to the correct laboratory locations.
• Monitor and restock laboratory supplies and other commonly used materials.
• Follow established safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Complete simple documentation or data entry related to assigned work.
• Work cooperatively with laboratory staff and contribute to a positive workplace.

Compensation

$17.00 per hour

What You’ll Do

• Wash and clean laboratory glassware according to established procedures.
• Dry, organize, and return clean glassware to the correct laboratory locations.
• Pick up and transport glassware between designated laboratory areas.
• Keep the glassware washing and storage areas clean, safe, and organized.
• Properly dispose of broken glassware according to established health and safety procedures.
• Monitor and restock laboratory supplies and other commonly used materials.
• Help maintain the general cleanliness and organization of the laboratory.
• Follow established safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment.
• Assist laboratory team members with other basic support activities as needed.
• Complete simple documentation or data entry related to assigned work.
• Work cooperatively with laboratory staff and contribute to a positive, respectful workplace.

What You’ll Bring
