The role requires 1+ year of supervisory experience in a fast‑paced restaurant. You must lift 50 pounds, stand for long shifts, and have flexible night/weekend availability.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year supervising or leading team members in a QSR or full‑service restaurant.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Attention to detail with a drive for efficiency and accuracy.
• Professionalism and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant team in opening, prep, and closing duties.
• Collaborate with chef leadership and other departments to ensure high‑quality service.
• Receive and process kitchen orders and deliveries per company protocol.
• Maintain communication to ensure stock and assist with supplies and ordering.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices across back‑of‑house areas.
• Monitor kitchen costs and follow budget guidelines.
• Ensure kitchen equipment is safe and functioning.
• Brief front and back‑of‑house staff pre‑ and post‑service.
• Meet operating and quality standards.
• Present a professional and ethical leadership style.
• Participate in training, coaching, and development for staff.
