The Inn at Little Washington, a renowned restaurant and hotel in Washington, VA, is seeking an Overnight Steward to join our team. This role focuses on deep cleaning, sanitation, and organization of back-of-house areas overnight, supporting cooks and maintenance staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant work or sanitation is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deep clean and sanitize kitchen areas.
• Clean ovens and burners; polish brass and copper weekly.
• Power wash and scrub floors; organize non-food spaces.
• Assist cooks with breakdowns and help with pot sink at shift start.
• Report concerns to culinary managers and maintain cleanliness standards.
