Job summary

Wonder is seeking a Team Member in Cranston, RI to help deliver world-class meals and guest experiences. You will assist with orders, grow culinary and customer service skills, and participate in dining operations across shifts, including overnight coverage when needed.

Compensation starts at $17.50 per hour with a $2.00 overnight premium and beneficial perks. The role supports both full-time and part-time schedules in a fast-paced environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and legally allowed to work in the US.
• 6+ months experience in a fast-paced kitchen or customer-facing role.
• Weekend availability required.
• Food Handler Certification preferred or willing to obtain (state/local requirements)

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with orders, pickups, and payments.
• Assist with meal-kit and delivery operations and ensure dispatch accuracy.
• Participate in light local marketing activities (flyers, street engagement).
• Prepare menu items to Wonder standards, keep stations clean and stocked.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness across kitchen and dining areas.
