Job summary

Wonder is seeking Team Members to help bring menus from top chefs to life while delivering a welcoming guest experience. Roles include full-time and part-time shifts with an overnight premium for late-night hours.

You’ll create amazing food, provide hospitality, and maintain cleanliness and organization across stations, while supporting a fast-growing team and opportunities to advance into trainer or supervisor roles.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in a fast-paced kitchen or customer-facing role.
• Ability to work with speed, accuracy, and strong attention to detail.
• Solid organization, clear verbal communication, and ability to follow directions.
• Team-oriented with basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

Responsibilities

• Create amazing food; prepare menu items to Wonder standards and keep stations clean, stocked, and organized.
• Deliver hospitality; greet guests, assist with orders, payments, and use the Wonder app.
• Keep restaurants clean; maintain sanitation, wash and restock cookware and equipment, manage trash.
• Be a key part of the team; support teammates, stay positive, and adapt to additional duties.
