Job summary

The Venetian Resort Las Vegas is seeking an Overnight Service Desk & Deskside Support Analyst to provide on-site IT support during overnight hours for Team Members and guests. You will handle incidents, service requests, and critical issues with a focus on fast resolutions and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Associate degree in MIS, IT, CS, or related field; equivalent work experience may be considered.
• Ability to obtain Nevada Gaming Control Board registration and other required licenses.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in technical support or service desk environments.
• Experience with Microsoft operating systems, hardware, and related technologies.
• Knowledge of ITSM principles and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on-site IT support during overnight operations.
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for on-site incidents and service requests.
• Document all troubleshooting steps and resolutions in ServiceNow.
• Deliver high levels of customer service to Team Members and guests.
• Coordinate with on-call support teams and vendors as needed.
• Maintain accurate time tracking and follow departmental standards.
