Parallel is hiring an IPM Technician for the overnight shift at our Gainesville cultivation facility. You will monitor plants, scout for pests, and support IPM programs to maintain healthy crops in a highly regulated production environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to work in a highly regulated cultivation environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Monitor cannabis plants for signs of pests, diseases, nutrient deficiencies, and overall plant health concerns.
• Conduct routine scouting and inspections throughout cultivation areas.
• Accurately document and communicate crop health observations to management and growing teams.
• Implement IPM strategies and treatment programs as directed by leadership.
• Maintain pest traps, collect data, and provide pest population reports.
• Verify and validate scouting reports for accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain organized records in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
