Job summary

Live-Parallel is seeking an IPM Supervisor for an overnight shift at our Gainesville, FL cultivation facility. You will lead the IPM team to protect plant health, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with Cultivation Management to optimize pest control strategies.

The role emphasizes hands-on IPM leadership, SOP development, environmental monitoring, and continuous improvement across the cultivation process.

Qualifications

• 3+ months of Integrated Pest Management (IPM) experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and within a team.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements for cannabis cultivation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day IPM team activities and ensure pest-free cultivation areas.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and state medical marijuana regulations.
• Develop and implement IPM strategies with Cultivation Management.
• Conduct pest inspections and apply approved products as needed.
• Maintain SDS/MSDS for pesticides and document IPM data.
