Job summary

RXinsider LTD. is seeking an Injection Molding Operator for an overnight shift from 6:00 pm to 6:00 am. The role focuses on executing manufacturing tasks in the injection molding area, documenting processes, and ensuring product quality in line with established guidelines.

The position requires basic math, data entry, and strong attention to detail, with training provided to new staff and emphasis on safety compliance on the production floor.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of document management and database operations.
• Must read, write, and speak English clearly.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use company systems.

Responsibilities

• Documentation and open/close of work orders.
• Data entry into the manufacturing systems.
• Knowledge of Injection Molding Equipment (IMI) products.
• Identify common injection molding defects.
• Provide solutions to quality gaps and profit opportunities.
• On-the-job training of new employees.
