Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in health/human services with clients.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Ability to document interactions in EHR accurately.

Responsibilities

• Document client interactions in EHR and other systems clearly.
• Prepare, serve and clear meals following safety standards.
• Administer medications per policies and procedures.
• Maintain daily cleanliness and conduct room checks.
• Support clients in coping skills and mental health management.
