Job summary

People Incorporated Mental Health Services is hiring an Independent Living Skills Coach to provide person-centered engagement and interventions. The role includes medication administration, documentation in the EHR, and overseeing program safety and daily operations in a-Chaska, MN setting.

The position is overnight Sun-Wed 10:00p-8:30a with a $1000 external candidate hiring bonus and a $2/hour evening shift differential. Prior health/human services experience is valued.

Qualifications

• 2000 hours in health/human services in last 10 years OR GED/HS diploma plus related education.
• Associates or BA in behavioral science or related field preferred with practicum/internship.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR upon hire is required.

Responsibilities

• Document client interactions in EHR and program records.
• Prepare, serve and clear meals per schedule and safety standards.
• Administer medications per policies and procedures.
• Maintain daily housekeeping and cleanliness of client home and program areas.
• Conduct regular rounds and safety checks.
• Support mental health management by teaching coping skills.
