Job summary

People Incorporated Mental Health Services in Saint Paul, MN is seeking an Independent Living Skills Coach for an entry-level position. Schedule: Morning, Monday–Friday 8a-4:30p. The role provides a supportive environment, person-centered engagement, and safety oversight.

Main duties include documenting client interactions in the EHR, meal service and safety, medication administration, housekeeping, and assisting clients with coping strategies for mental health management.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role focused on person-centered engagement and safety.
• Documentation in EHR and clear communication with clients, staff, and others.
• Meal preparation, service, and sanitation per schedule and standards.
• Medication administration following policies and procedures.
• Housekeeping and rounds to maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Support mental health management by teaching coping skills.
