Job summary

Target in Orlando is seeking an Inbound Expert to support General Merchandise operations and ensure a friendly, efficient shopping experience. You will greet guests, help locate items, resolve issues, stock shelves, and maintain accurate pricing and availability.

This role is physical and fast-paced, with flexible hours including some nights and weekends. You may need to lift up to 44 pounds, and training is provided to help you grow your skills and contribute to a guest-first environment.

Qualifications

• Guest service basics and guest-first culture.
• Knowledge of retail fundamentals like inventory and pricing.
• Ability to support daily/weekly workload to meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Create a friendly guest experience with welcoming greetings at multiple touchpoints.
• Assist guests in finding items and resolving issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• Stock, organize and store reserve product and maintain product availability on the sales floor.
• Operate equipment if certified and follow safety guidelines.
• Support back-up cashier, order pick up, and Drive Up duties as needed.
