Job summary

Target is seeking an Overnight Inbound (Stocking) Expert in Orlando, FL. The role involves stocking, inventory accuracy, and maintaining product availability on the sales floor for GM categories.

You will greet guests, assist with locating items, and help ensure a smooth, friendly shopping experience. The position requires flexibility for nights, weekends and holidays, and involves lifting up to 44 pounds and using scanners and equipment as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to communicate on handheld scanners and other technology devices.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Capable of lifting up to 44 pounds and performing repetitive motions.

Responsibilities

• Stock, organize and store reserve product and straighten merchandise on the sales floor.
• Maintain product availability on the salesfloor for General Merchandise categories.
• Unload freight and move merchandise using allowed equipment when certified.
• Deliver a friendly guest experience and assist peers as needed.
• Follow safety policies and compliance requirements at all times.
