Job summary

Target is hiring an Inbound Expert to deliver a friendly guest experience and ensure product is properly stocked, priced, and signed on the sales floor. You will greet customers, help locate items, and resolve issues to create a smooth shopping experience.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adaptability to a fast-paced environment, and adherence to safety and sustainability standards while handling multiple tasks across GM areas.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes.
• Capable of remaining focused in a fast-paced environment and juggling tasks.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring guest experience by greeting guests and assisting with needs.
• Assist guests in locating items and resolving issues for a smooth shopping trip.
• End every guest interaction with a thank you and continue to support team efforts.
• Sort, stock, and organize merchandise and maintain in-stock availability.
• Operate necessary equipment and follow safety policies at all times.
• Support cash handling, pickup, and drive-up duties as required.
