Job summary

MGM Resorts International, based in Las Vegas at The Cosmopolitan, seeks an Overnight Manager for In-Room Dining to lead overnight room service operations and uphold luxury guest experiences.

You will manage the overnight team, ensure service standards, coordinate with the Executive Chef, and handle budgeted goals while maintaining staffing levels and schedules.

The role requires 21+ years old, overnight availability, and weekend/holiday coverage, with growth opportunities within MGM Resorts.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Able to work overnight shifts.
• Experience in hospitality and scheduling.
• 2+ years in F&B or related fields.
• Able to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and monitoring of budgets and division operations.
• Define guest service standards consistent with brand attributes.
• Establish positive guest relations and respond to guest requests.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef to meet special culinary requests.
• Address unusual events and escalate to VP/ED when needed.
