Job summary

Hôtel Swexan in Dallas seeks an in-room dining server to take, entry, set up, deliver and retrieve all food and beverage orders to guest rooms and suites, while upholding quality service and brand standards.

Responsibilities include accurate set-up and delivery of orders, greeting guests courteously, performing floor sweeps for sanitation, delivering amenities, inputting orders at the POS, and assisting with side work and guest requests to ensure exceptional satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate setup and delivery of all food & beverage orders to guest rooms in accordance with guidelines.
• Greets guests in a courteous and friendly manner while delivering orders.
• Conduct floor sweeps to retrieve all food & beverage trays ensuring sanitation guidelines.
• Set up and deliver amenities to rooms in a timely manner.
• Input orders into the POS and create a check for each guest to maintain accountability.
• Complete shift side work as outlined.
• Respond to guest needs and issues to ensure exceptional satisfaction.
• Attend as required and be available to work regularly.
