Job summary

Hôtel Swexan in Dallas is seeking an in-room dining server to take, enter, set up, deliver and retrieve all food and beverage orders to guest rooms and hospitality suites while ensuring quality service, guest satisfaction, and brand and hotel standards are met.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate set-up and delivery, greeting guests with courtesy, and handling payments while upholding sanitation guidelines and Le Meridien service expectations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate set-up and delivery of all food & beverage orders to guest rooms.
• Greet guests courteously and deliver orders following brand guidelines.
• Conduct floor sweeps to maintain sanitation.
• Set up and deliver amenities to rooms in a timely manner.
• Input orders into POS and create checks for each guest.
• Complete all shift side work as outlined.
• Respond to guest needs and report issues to shift supervisor.
