Job summary

Homewatch CareGivers of Austin is hiring overnight in-home caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, and PCPs. Join a small, local team serving clients in the Austin area with consistent, overnight shifts from 7p to 7a.

Pay ranges from $17.00 to $18.00 per hour, based on experience, with a strong emphasis on training, development, and advancement opportunities within a supportive environment. We offer bonuses, flexible schedules, and benefits such as free uniforms and snacks.

Qualifications

• Caregiving experience in home care or skilled facility preferred.
• Overnight availability and ability to stay awake through shift.
• Comfortable working independently and with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Stay awake and alert during overnight shift to keep clients safe at home.
• Assist with bathroom trips, transfers and repositioning during the night.
• Support evening and morning routines; help with laundry, housekeeping and meal prep during quiet hours.
• Report changes in client condition to care team and coordinate with caregivers.

Education

CNA/HHA/PCP certification preferred
