Job summary

Homewatch CareGivers of Austin is hiring in-home Caregivers, CNAs, Home Health Aides (HHA), and PCPs. You work with a small set of clients you get to know well, on a schedule built around your availability.

Provide companionship and keep clients safe at home, assist with personal care and daily living activities, and help with light housekeeping and meal preparation. Training and support are provided to help you succeed in a rewarding role.

Qualifications

• One or more years of caregiving experience in home care or a skilled facility.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Compassionate, reliable, and comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and keep clients safe at home.
• Assist with personal care and daily living activities, following the care plan.
• Help with laundry, light housekeeping, and meal preparation.
• Drive clients to appointments, errands, and shopping.
• Report changes in a client's condition to the care team.
• Complete 12 hours of annual training through Caregiver University.
