Job summary

Homewatch CareGivers of Austin is hiring in-home caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, and PCPs to work with a small set of clients you get to know well, on a schedule built around your availability. You will provide companionship, assist with daily living activities, and drive clients to appointments with support from a care coordinator and ongoing training through Caregiver University.

Qualifications

• One or more years of caregiving experience in home care or a skilled facility.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• CNA, HHA, or PCP certification preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and keep clients safe at home.
• Assist with personal care and daily living activities, following the care plan.
• Help with laundry, light housekeeping, and meal preparation.
• Drive clients to appointments, errands, and shopping.
• Report changes in a client's condition to the care team.
• Complete 12 hours of annual training through Caregiver University.
