Blue Rose Legacy Home Care, LLC is seeking compassionate caregivers to assist clients with daily living activities in Phoenix, AZ. Training is provided in person and online, and prior experience is not required.

Responsibilities include personal care, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and companionship, with a focus on safety, dignity, and HIPAA compliance. A reliable vehicle and pass a background check are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Reliable means of transportation required.
• Able to pass background check and drug screening; eligible for Arizona Level 1 fingerprint clearance card; clean driving record.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, twist; lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing.
• Provide fall prevention with transfers and safe movement.
• Give medication reminders.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Plan and prepare meals according to dietary needs.
• Escort clients to appointments and social activities.
• Provide companionship and engage in conversations.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition to appropriate parties.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
