Job summary

Blue Rose Legacy Home Care, LLC is a family-owned, non-medical in-home care provider serving the Tucson area. We are seeking compassionate, reliable Caregivers to support clients in their own homes with personal care, companionship, and daily living activities.

Responsibilities include bathing, grooming, transfers, medication reminders, light housekeeping, meal prep, transportation, and reporting changes. Must be 18+, HS diploma or GED, reliable transport, pass background checks, and obtain AZ

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Reliable means of transportation required.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening, be eligible for an Arizona Level 1 fingerprint clearance card, and have a clean driving record.
• Must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull; must lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care: bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Provide fall prevention by assisting with transfers and helping clients move around safely.
• Give medication reminders.
• Perform light housekeeping, such as tidying living spaces and doing laundry.
• Plan and prepare meals according to dietary needs and restrictions.
• Escort clients to appointments, social outings, and recreational activities.
• Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations with clients.
• Monitor and report changes in client’s condition or behavior to appropriate parties.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance when handling client information.
