Job summary

Blue Rose Legacy Home Care, LLC is seeking compassionate caregivers in the Phoenix, AZ area to assist clients with activities of daily living and companionship in their homes. No prior experience or certifications are necessary, as in-person and online training are provided to prepare successful applicants for the role.

Responsibilities include personal care, mobility assistance, medication reminders, meal planning, light housekeeping, transportation to appointments, and monitoring client

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must pass background check and drug screening, be eligible for Arizona Level 1 fingerprint clearance card, and have a clean driving record.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and assist clients with mobility.

• Provide fall prevention by assisting with transfers and helping clients move safely.
• Give medication reminders.
• Perform light housekeeping, including tidying living spaces and laundry.
• Plan and prepare meals according to dietary needs and restrictions.
• Escort clients to appointments, social outings, and recreational activities.
• Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations.
• Monitor and report changes in client's condition or behavior.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or GED.

• You must have a reliable means of transportation.

• Must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
