Blue Rose Legacy Home Care, LLC is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide companion care and assistance with daily living activities in Phoenix, AZ. No prior experience is required as training is provided in person and online.

Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, mobility, medication reminders, light housekeeping, meal planning, and transporting clients to appointments or social activities. The role emphasizes safety, confidentiality, and quality companionship for clients.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Eligible for Arizona Level 1 fingerprint clearance card and have a clean driving record.
• Able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull; lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care: bathing, grooming and dressing.
• Provide fall prevention by assisting with transfers and helping clients move around safely.
• Give medication reminders.
• Perform light housekeeping such as tidying living spaces and doing laundry.
• Plan and prepare meals according to dietary needs and restrictions.
• Escort clients to appointments, social outings, and recreational activities.
• Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations with clients.
• Monitor and report changes in client’s condition or behavior to appropriate parties.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance when handling client information.
