You will respond to service needs, assist with cleaning tasks, and ensure common areas remain presentable and safe for guests, residents, and team members.

Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness of public areas, assisting with room setup, delivering supplies, and collaborating with housekeeping and maintenance teams.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping, custodial, hospitality, or related experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently during overnight hours.
• Strong focus on cleanliness and safety.
• Good communication and guest-service orientation.
• Ability to lift and move cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow procedures.
• Willingness to work overnight, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of public areas, back-of-house spaces, and assigned facilities during overnight shifts.


• Assist with setting up, breaking down, and resetting rooms or event spaces as needed.


• Respond to guest or team member requests in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.


• Support housekeeping operations by delivering supplies, linens, and equipment to designated areas.


• Remove trash, restock supplies, and keep storage and work areas organized.


• Monitor assigned areas for safety, maintenance concerns, or items requiring attention and report issues promptly.


• Assist with deep cleaning projects and other special assignments as directed.


• Follow established cleaning procedures, safety guidelines, and property standards at all times.


• Work collaboratively with housekeeping, maintenance, and front-line teams to support overall operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping, custodial, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
