The role focuses on staffing, training, inspections, and ensuring compliance with policies and safety standards.

Responsibilities include supervising the night shift, coordinating with Front Office, managing inventories, and maintaining cleanliness across guestrooms and public spaces.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Strong command of English (written and spoken).
• Proficient in MS Outlook and Excel.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred with emphasis in hospitality.
• Minimum 1 year housekeeping management experience in a full-service hotel or related field.

Responsibilities

• Performs human resource functions for staff, including recruiting, training, scheduling, counseling, and appraising performance.
• Supervise the deep night shift.
• Ensure policy compliance and disciplinary procedures are completed according to policy.
• Maintain cleanliness standards and compliance with housekeeping procedures.
• Coordinate with Front Office on status of housekeeping and communicate issues to Executive Housekeeper.
• Inspect guestrooms, meeting rooms and public spaces for cleanliness and upkeep.
• Participate in required manager on duty coverage.
