Eurest at American Airlines in Fort Worth, TX is hiring for full- and part-time Shift Supervisor positions. Night and weekend availability required; online applications accepted only. Pay range $18.00 to $19.00 per hour.

Direct the activities of associates during a shift, manage schedules, train staff, and evaluate performance to meet quality and safety standards. Two years of leadership and five years of bartending experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and oversee that assigned tasks meet policy and procedures.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers and address underperformance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure quality, productivity and safety.
• Act as the point of contact for employee to address complaints or time-off requests.
• Mentor and develop employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
