Qualifications

• Patrols interior and perimeter to observe threats and hazards.

Responsibilities

• Patrol hotel interior and exterior to identify safety risks.
• Respond to emergencies (fire, medical, security threats).
• Promote safe work practices among staff and guests.
• Initiate preliminary investigations when needed.
• Prepare accurate incident reports and documentation.
• Assist guests with inquiries and resolve issues promptly and warmly.
