Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking an Overnight Security Officer to safeguard guests and staff during the overnight shift. You will patrol designated areas, respond to disturbances, and maintain logs in a courteous hotel environment.

The role involves preparing clear incident reports, restricting access to secured areas, and assisting guests with luggage and room entry as required. Training in CPR/First Aid is preferred, with opportunities for growth within security leadership.

Qualifications

• HighSchool diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Prior security experience is desirable.
• CPR/First Aid preferred.

Responsibilities

• Patrol designated hotel areas.
• Respond to disturbances and emergencies.
• Maintain a daily activity log.
• Prepare incident reports and communicate to management.
• Escort guests to rooms and assist with entry as per hotel standards.
• Monitor TV cameras and perform bell person tasks when needed.
• Follow safety protocols and OSHA/MSDS standards.
