Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication and a proactive work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Operate central HVAC and mechanical equipment following safety and SOPs.
• Repair and maintain kitchen, laundry, refrigeration, boilers, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical and pneumatic problems and fix cost-effectively.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on an ongoing basis.
